You can leave it on as a mask for 5 minutes, or wash it off directly after scrubbing.
Can I use Vitamin C after the scrub?

Yes, you can, but preferably apply Vitamin C serum in the morning and do the scrubbing at night before the shower.
do i apply it on damp or dry skin? and do i use it before or after cleaning my face with a cleanser? i clean it with water only ?

It's preferable to apply it on damp skin after cleansing.
So first cleanse, then scrub gently.
The facial scrub should be used once or a maximum of twice per week.

And yes, the facial scrub can be wash off with water only.
