Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) is indicated to reduce the appearance of skin blemishes and congestion. A high 10% concentration of this vitamin is supported in the formula by zinc salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid to balance visible aspects of sebum activity.

International clinical tests proved that Niacinamide is the best ingredient and the most effective to be used for acne scars, and blemishes.

Directions: Apply 3-4 drops to the entire face morning and evening before heavier creams and massage until fully absorbed.

Contraindications: If topical Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) is used as part of skincare, it should be applied at alternate times with this formula (ideally Vitamin C in the AM and this formula in the PM). Otherwise, Niacinamide can affect the integrity of Vitamin C.

Notes: While Niacinamide and Zinc PCA reduce the look of blemishes and balance visible sebum activity, neither is a treatment for acne. For persistent acne-related conditions, we recommend the use of the Aloe 2% Salicylic acid anti-acne serum.

This formulation can be used alongside acne treatments if desired for added visible skin benefits.

+
Hello, you can add the 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc to your routine both morning and night. Apply it after cleansing and before moisturizing. Niacinamide and Zinc are particularly suitable for oily skin, with Zinc helping to control excess sebum production during the day.

Is it safe to use niacinamide anti blemish serum during pregnancy?
+
Yes, the 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc serum can be safely used by pregnant women or those who intend to become pregnant in the near future.
Can i use 10% niacinamide serum with 10% lactic acid at the same time at night? And how many times per week should i use them? Noting that i also use 0.5% retinol 3 times a week at night
+
You can use Niacinamide and Lactic Acid together at night. Start by applying Niacinamide, then wait until it is completely absorbed before applying Lactic Acid.

However, you should not use Retinol and Lactic Acid on the same night.

For your night routine, the best way to include Niacinamide, Retinol, and Lactic Acid is as follows:

First night: Apply Niacinamide, then Lactic Acid after the Niacinamide is completely absorbed.
Second night: Apply Niacinamide, then Retinol after the Niacinamide is completely absorbed.

In the morning, after cleansing and pat dry, apply vitamin c serum on the whole face and neck, massage until fully absorbed, wait 2-3 minutes and follow with Hyaluronic acid serum on the whole face and neck, then finish by applying salicylic acid serum only on the acne or blemishes spots.

I use hayulorunic acid at night and vitamin c in the morning.. if I want to use niacinamide serum at night should I use it before hayulorunic acid or after it ?
+
The rule in skincare is: always start with the lighter texture products (water-based products then gel-based ones) to thicker texture products(cream then oils).
in case of the 2 products are water based like Hyaluronic acid serum and Niacinamide serum, the active that should go deeper into the skin is the one that we start with.

In the case of Hyaluronic acid and Niacinamide, we should start with Niacinamide and follow with Hyaluronic acid.
Same in the morning, Vitamin C L-ascorbic acid first and then Hyaluronic acid.
What is the best daily skin care routine for acne_prone skin (oily skin)

Morning:
1- Gel cleanser
2- C+BHA vitamin c serum (4-5 drops on the whole face and neck excluding under eye - massage until fully absorbed)
3- Aloe Rose mist followed by 2% hyaluronic acid +B5 (water-based moisturizer for oily acne-prone skin)

Is it safe during pregnancy
+
Yes, the 10% Niacinamide +1% Zinc serum is safe for pregnant women and women who intend to become pregnant in the near future.

the product from The AloeLab that is not safe for pregnant women is Retinol.

As a precaution, retinol products should not be used by pregnant women or women who intend to become pregnant in the near future. Though there are no reports of topical retinol having any negative effect on fetal development, always consult a physician.
should i start with the 2% alpha-arbutin serum or niacinamide???
+
the rule in skincare is: always from lighter texture to thicker one.
(water-based then gel-based, then cream-based products)

in the case of 2% alpha-arbutin serum and niacinamide serum to be applied after each other at the PM, since the 2 serums are water-based and same viscosity, you should start with the one that treats the main skin concren.

if your priority is to treat dark spots, then start with alpha- arbutin serum.
if your priority is to treat the blemishes or redness, then start with the niacinamide serum.

Important note: in case of dark spots and blemishes, Vitamin C L-ascorbic acid in the AM is an essential step to have an effective skincare routine.
What is the best daily skin care routine for a combination skin?
+
Combination skin is mainly characterized by:
1-Oily T-zone-normal cheeks
or 2-Oily T-zone - dry cheeks

we recommend an antioxidant serum in the AM that suits all skin types (Vitamin c L-ascorbic acid serum)
and 10% Niacinamide +1% Zinc serum at night (suits all skintypes, reduces redness and controls oil & sebum production)

In case of normal skintype on cheeks: Aloe +HA Gel moisturizer gel and the Gel facial wash as a cleanser.
In case of dry skin on cheeks : Aloe +HA Cream moisturizer and Gentle cream cleanser.
