Is it water based or oil based cleanser? And can i use it along with salicylic acid cleanser at the same time?

Cream cleansers are considered a mix of oil and water cleansers, very effective in cleansing the skin yet very gentle. Yes, you can use it at the same time with Salicylic acid cleanser, start by cleansing with cream cleanser and then follow with Salicylic cleanser, this is considered as double cleansing, and it's especially suitable for oily acne-prone skin that suffer from blackheads and whiteheads.
