Questions & Answers

I have acne prone combination skin. Which products should i be using. I was thinking of using the gel cleanser, rose mist, vit-C serum, AHA+B5 serum, salicylic acid serum, niacinamide serum, moisturiser, sunscreen. Is this too much? Should i remove the SA serum? And when should i use each product in my routine?
+
For acne-prone combination skin, we recommend using a salicylic acid cleanser twice per week at night and a gel cleanser on the other days.

In the morning, after cleansing, apply Vitamin C + BHA and massage until fully absorbed. Follow with a rose mist, then apply 2% Hyaluronic Acid + B5.

At night, follow the same steps, but replace the Vitamin C with 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc serum. After that, apply rose mist and 2% Hyaluronic Acid + B5.

If the skin feels dry or needs additional hydration, apply the Aloe + HA Moisturizer Gel after the 2% Hyaluronic Acid + B5 morning and night.

In case of active acne, last step at night, apply 2% salicylic acid anti-acne serum locally one drop on each active acne.
Can I use this serum with a retinol and collagen cream?
+
Yes, use salicylic acid in the morning, and alternate between retinol and collagen at night, first night, Retinol, the other night, Collagen cream.
Hello,rnCan this product be used on small pimples on the back?
+
Yes, it can be used for body acne, including pimples on the back.
We also recommend using the SA body wash.
Can i use 2% salicylic acid anti acne serum with 10% niaacinamide + zinc and retinol? If so what is the correct order? Also on different days while using glycolic acid ? Thnx
+
The correct order is:
Salicylic acid 2% in the morning.
Niacinamide followed by Retinol at night.

If you want to include Glycolic acid, it should not be used at the same time as Retinol. Alternate nights:
One night, use Niacinamide and Retinol.
The next night, use Niacinamide and Glycolic acid.
My current routine consists of (after SA cleanser): Vitamin C 10% AM & Lactic acid peeling serum PM, followed by HA moisturizer. I also occasionally switch to Niacinamide in PM for active acne redness or oil control... I want to include 2% SA serum: how can I with those 3 actives?
+
Hello, sure, please switch between the following night routine (note that you should not apply lactic acid and salicylic acid on the same night):

Night 1: After cleansing, apply Niacinamide serum, then moisturizer gel. Then apply Salicylic acid serum on acne spots.

Night 2: After cleansing, apply Niacinamide serum and wait until it is fully absorbed. Then apply 10% Lactic acid peeling serum and follow with moisturizer gel.
hello,What is the routine for using Hyaluronic Acid, Lactic Acid+HA Peeling and and the Salicylic Acid ?rnis there any contridiction in the above serums ?
+
Hello,
In your morning routine:
Apply Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate the skin.
Then use Salicylic Acid locally only on acne and blackhead spots.

For your night routine:
Use Lactic Acid (start with twice per week, and increase gradually as your skin tolerates).

There is no contradiction between using these three actives (Hyaluronic Acid, Salicylic Acid, and Lactic Acid). They can be safely incorporated into your skincare routine with the suggested application methods and frequencies.
What is a complete routine for an oily skin with acne?rn
+
Sure,
Morning Routine:
Cleanser: Use the Salicylic Facial Cleanser. If it's too strong for your skin, use the Normal Facial Gel Cleanser in the morning and the Salicylic Facial Cleanser at night.
Serum: Apply 3-4 drops of Vitamin C + BHA Serum on the whole face, avoiding the under-eye area.
Hydrating: then you can follow with Rose mist and 2% Hyaluronic acid +B5 (this step is optional)
Sunscreen: Oil control SPF50 invisible sunscreen.

Night Routine:
Cleanser: Use the Salicylic Facial Cleanser.
Serum: After cleansing, apply 3-4 drops of 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc on the whole face, excluding the under-eye area.
Spot Treatment: Follow with a 2% Salicylic Acid Serum, applying one drop on each acne spot.
What is the procedure to use vitamin c, niacinimide, salycilic and retinol in the same routine for a beginner
+
Hello,
Apply 10% Vitamin C serum in the morning after cleansing, massage until fully absorbed, then apply Salicylic acid on acne spots only.

At night, apply 10% Niacinamide serum after cleansing, massgae until fully absorbed, and then apply a pea-sized amount of Retinol on the whole face and neck exlucing under eyes.

start with the Retinol serum twice per week at night and increase gradually.
Can i apply moisturizer after the serum and than night cream?
+
Yes, you can.
Please wait at least 5 minutes between the 2% Salicylic acid serum and the moisturizer.
What is a complete routine from your products for acne prone skin?
+
for acne-prone skin, Salicylic acid, Niacinamide and Zinc are the most suitable.
Salicylic acid exfoliates and penetrates the pores deeply
Niacinamide reduces inflammation and redness and treat blemishes.
Zinc controls and reduce the oil & sebum production
we recommend:
1- Salicylic cleanser AM/PM
2- C +BHA with 15% L-ascorbic acid in the AM (Vitamin c + Salicylic acid serum for oily acne-prone skin)
3-10% Niacinamide +1% Zinc serum at PM
4-2% Salicylic acid anti-acne serum as final step at the PM and to be applied only on the acne areas and massage until absorbed
